| How about some Musica Populara Brasileira for lunch? Brasileira was formed in 1995 by trombonist and Brazilian music ambassador Vaughn Wiester. He was joined by singer Kelly Crum Delaveris, a regular on the Columbus jazz scene who has performed with her own groups and opened for the likes of Tony Bennett and Tito Puente. The group performs a blend of bossa nova and swing which is sung almost entirely in Portuguese. |
