In seven years after moving from the classical world into jazz, Harris has recorded and toured with Wynton Marsalis, Joe Henderson and Cassandra Wilson and is now leading his own band. His unique sound on the vibes has crossed over to hip hop on recordings by Commonsense and Charlie Hunter.
