| Though Catherine Wilson and her husband, Robert Conway, often perform as a duet, they are individually accomplished artists. Ms. Wilson is a soloist, chamber musician, recording artist and leader of the group "Catherine Wilson and Friends". Her performances can run the stylistic gamut from the elegant delicacy of Ravel to the elaborate syncopation of Scott Joplin to the lyrical emotion of George Gershwin. In addition to concert performances, Ms. Wilson is a well-known composer and appears regularly on television. Her performance of Leroy Anderson's Piano Concerto was featured in "Once Upon a Sleigh Ride" on PBS in December of 2000. |
