She opened for Sarah Vaughn, Tony Bennett and Tito Puente and formed her own band that performs all Brazilian songs.
  • Louise Salvador is well-known among local jazz fans for appearances with Vince Andrews, Bobby Floyd, Geoff Tyus and Bob Allen. She studied at the Houston Conservatory and began her professional career in Houston theater. She has performed live with artists including Dizzy Gillespie, Little Richard and Fats Domino.
  • Jessica Agler could sing before she could talk. The 21-year-old OSU student performs locally with the Jazz Elective Trio. She appeared with Vaughn Weister’s Famous Jazz Orchestra and was the first vocalist ever with the IAJE intercollegiate jazz band, an auditioned group of college jazz musicians that perform at the Ohio Music Educator’s conference each year.
