Volunteer Opportunities

In the years that the Lancaster Festival has been in existence (since 1985), we have grown from a small single-site event into a major festival covering 10 days, 20 performance sites and dozens of artists. This effort is achieved with a small office staff plus more than 600 volunteers. We always welcome members of the community who would like to volunteer their time to support the Festival. There are many different areas where an individual or group can be of assitance. Most positions are available during the summer and are directly involved in the day-to-day activities of the Festival or in preparations leading up to the Festival.
