Celtic Fire The music from Celtic Fire is traditional at its core, with all of Ireland's national instruments, the fiddle driving frenetic reels, the great drum, the bodhran beating out the driving rhythms of the band, the plaintive uilleann pipes calling back to days of yore with beautiful and haunting slow airs. The dancers take the stage with brilliant flashes of speed, youth and exuberance. The program varies from town to town but you are guaranteed reels, jigs, slow airs, gorgeous songs to break your heart and solo dance routines to make you want to get up and have a go yourself. Producer, director and the show's vocalist, Michael Londra is a driving force in Irish arts worldwide and is described as "one of the greatest Irish singers of our time" by Capital Celtic. As lead voice in Riverdance on Broadway and as a recording artist performing worldwide, Michael's tenor voice has played on the world's biggest stages, from Madison Square Garden to Radio City Music Hall, from the Kremlin Palace in Moscow to the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.
